Spring Showcase
Get Fit and Fly Spring Showcase is an exciting celebration of strength, skill, and artistry, where many talented pole dancers of all levels showcase their dedication and passion. We have lots of our fabulous members sharing their work alongside some fabulous guests who will be making the journey to share their passion with us too.
PLEASE NOTE - This event is open to studio goers (however infrequent) only this year as voted for by the performers, please NO members of the public can purchase tickets. Please note this is an 18+ show.
Feel free to BYOB and enjoy a wee after party with us too <3
Saturday 7th Febuary
Shoulder Mount Queens 4 Week Course
Starting Thursday 7th May
A blend of gym and pole based learning over 4 weeks. In these 90 minute sessions we will
Set a strong foundation for learning or improving the shoulder mount.
Understand the muscles used and range of motion required at the joints
Gain confidence in working on or towards shoulder mounts and using it in a combo.
Learn how we can utilise resistance training to aid progress in this move
Have a grand old time working towards becoming a Shoulder Mount queen!
Prerequisites - A confident invert to crucifix
Come join us for a disability-inclusive pole jam - to celebrate and support disabled pole dancers of all kinds.
Even if you suspect you have a disability and not yet been diagnosed you are welcome here.
This is a safe environment where you can connect, move, and express yourself - whether you’re here to spin, stretch or simply hang out. We’re offering both quiet and social sessions to cater to different access needs, so you can choose what feels right to you.
Pay what you can on arrival - all proceeds will go to charity (to be announced)
Open to all disabilities - all bodies, all experiences, all welcome.
A space to feel seen, safe and celebrated.
Quiet Session 1.30 - 2.30pm
One pole per person, no pressure to talk to anyone. Just exist and dance in the space with low lighting and sounds.
Social Session 2.30-4pm
Social session to pole and chat or just exist near each other. Pole sharing will happen if we are fully booked.
