Personal Training with Nicole

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I started out as a personal trainer in a small gym before my focus gradually shifted towards teaching classes and growing Get Fit and Fly into what it is today. Now, I’m excited to put my personal trainer hat back on and use everything I’ve learned to help people one-to-one in our happy little gym.

A movement focused approach

Helping people get strong and move well brings me huge joy. Strength and good movement can unlock so many possibilities, not only in everyday life but also in the more adventurous things you love to do. Building a solid foundation and a strong mind–body connection is at the heart of my approach. That’s where the fun begins and where limits start to expand.

A space free from the promotion of small-ness

As your coach, I want to work with you to create training that you’ll enjoy, helps you feel more connected to your body, and supports you in reaching your goals. I want to hold space for people to exist without the notion of small-ness being the goal which unfortunately is being increasingly promoted on all media platforms.

A place where uniqueness is supported

I want you to feel seen! I have experience supporting individuals with additional needs and neurodivergent people, and I have an understanding of hypermobile bodies. During your consultation, we can chat about how I can best support you and your unique training journey.
